We are looking to hire Paint Assistants for 1st Shift (5:00am-3:30pm) and 2nd Shift (3:30pm-2:00am). Paint Assistants are responsible for hanging, loading, and drying parts. Ideal candidates understand paint preparation and are knowledgeable about quality and appearance. Must be a responsible, safety-conscious worker.

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred Hang metal parts on racks or hooks, capping and/or masking off areas that aren't to be painted Remove surface imperfections and rust in metal by dual action (DA) sanding Unload painted parts and prepare for shipping Perform part counts and maintain accurate inventory Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still being safety cautious

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Must be able to stand for long periods of time and bend and kneel frequently
