1-3 years of manufacturing experience Why This Role Exists This role exists to finish precision medical components to print specification within Viant Medical's Fort Wayne facility. Polishers perform the blasting, deburring, and buffing work that gives tight-tolerance medical parts their final, clean finish before they move on in production. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Perform basic polishing operations, including blasting, deburring, and buffing Read, interpret, and understand blueprints Work with small precision parts to very close tolerances Use basic inspection tools and techniques to check your own work Follow verbal or written instructions and apply basic shop math Communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors Machines, Controls & Inspection You'll work with:Equipment:
