- What You'll Be Doing Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

- Operating manual or CNC machines
- Assisting with shop operations and material handling
- Inspecting finished parts for quality
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically have:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Experience in welding, machining, fabrication, maintenance, construction, or manufacturing is preferred, but some employers are willing to train motivated candidates.
