Specialty Cleaning Technician

We are a growing commercial janitorial company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Specials Technician to join our team. This role focuses on specialty cleaning services across various client sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Key Responsibilities:

Perform specialty cleaning services including, but not limited to: Carpet cleaning (extraction, spot treatment, and maintenance) Floor care (scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing) Deep cleaning of commercial spaces High dusting and detailed surface cleaning Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively Travel to multiple job sites within the metro area Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in carpet cleaning (strongly preferred) Experience with floor scrubbing and other floor care equipment Ability to operate commercial cleaning machinery Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule Requirements:

Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including daytime, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed
