Metal Finisher Location:
Rogers, MN Shift:
6:00am - 2:30PM Full-Time | Overtime Available |
Occasional Saturdays Required Pay:
Starting at $20.00/hour
Employment Type:
Full-Time We are seeking a Metal Finisher to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for grinding, polishing, and finishing aluminum and stainless-steel products while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform rough grinding on aluminum and stainless-steel components. Polish and finish sand aluminum and stainless-steel products to meet quality standards. Inspect finished products for quality and workmanship. Maintain compliance with company safety and quality procedures. Assist with other shop duties as needed. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous metal finishing experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands. #NowHiring
