Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

Prepare parts by racking and un-racking components for processing

Load and unload materials from industrial furnaces

Utilize grinding and polishing tools to finish metal surfaces

Perform quality inspections and cleaning of completed parts

Securely package finished goods for client shipment

Maintain a safe and organized shop floor Requirements of the metal shop associate:

Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift

Capability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly in a fast-paced setting

Reliable attendance for a rotating schedule

Steel-toe boots are required

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
