Apply resin, fiberglass, and other composite materials to molds according to production specifications. Trim, sand, and finish laminated parts to meet quality standards and customer requirements. Inspect completed products for defects and ensure adherence to quality control procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all manufacturing and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, composites, fiberglass, or lamination experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
