The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing and finishing granite surfaces to meet our standards of excellence. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and physical stamina to handle heavy materials. The Granite Polisher plays a vital part in delivering beautifully finished products that satisfy our clients' expectations. Duties Perform polishing of granite surfaces to achieve a smooth, glossy finish. Finish stone countertops with precision, ensuring consistency and quality. Follow all safety protocols and standards during production to maintain a safe working environment. Use tape measures accurately for measuring and marking stone surfaces. Handle heavy slabs of granite safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote efficiency and safety. Inspect finished products for quality assurance before delivery or installation. Experience Prior experience in stone polishing or working with granite is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing or construction environments is advantageous. Ability to operate basic hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing during work shifts. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes on stone surfaces.
