Position Summary We are seeking a Bead Blast Operator to prepare steel parts used in our towing products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their feet all day, and the physical ability to move, lift, and handle heavy parts. Key Responsibilities Assist in bead blasting, washing, and hanging parts. Operate bead blast machine, ovens, spray equipment, and other powder coating tools as needed. Use an inventory management system to process work orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company safety standards and procedures. Communicate effectively with the team to prioritize work orders. Qualifications Forklift experience preferred, but willing to train. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs when handling and moving parts.
