Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Team Member to prepare and coat steel parts used in our towing products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work on their feet all day, and the physical ability to move, lift, and handle heavy parts. Key Responsibilities Assist in bead blasting, washing and hanging parts. Apply powder coating to steel components, ensuring even coverage and proper finish. Reach tight and detailed areas to achieve complete paint coverage. Inspect finished products for quality and touch up as needed. Operate bead blast machine, ovens, spray equipment, and other powder coating tools. Use an inventory management system to process work orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company safety standards and procedures. Communicate effectively with the team to prioritize work orders. Qualifications Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience is preferred. Forklift experience preferred, but willing to train. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs when handling and moving parts. Good hand-eye coordination and ability to reach/coat tight or intricate areas.
