We are looking for an individual who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys creating high-end decorative finishes. Drywall finishers, skilled painters, plasterers, stucco finishers, decorative concrete finishers, and texture specialists are encouraged to apply. We will train the right craftsman in our specialized micro cement systems. Micro cement is a cement-based decorative coating applied by hand to floors, walls, showers, countertops, fireplaces, and other architectural surfaces. This position requires artistic ability, patience, precision, and a strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

Install decorative micro cement systems on residential and commercial projects Hand trowel and finish cement-based coatings to achieve smooth, seamless surfaces Prepare substrates including patching, sanding, leveling, masking, and priming Apply sealers and protective coatings Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow project specifications and quality standards Work independently and as part of a team Travel to job sites throughout New Mexico as needed

Additional Experience Preferred:

Decorative concrete overlays Concrete grinding and polishing Grind and seal systems Epoxy flooring and flake systems Surface preparation and coating applications

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to produce high-quality finishes with consistency Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work on knees, ladders, scaffolding, and various job site conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn specialized techniques
