This is not an entry-level position. The right person must be able to complete advanced fabrication accurately and consistently, including mitered laminated edges. We are a custom countertop shop serving homeowners, builders, remodelers, and designers. Our work requires attention to detail, good judgment, and a strong commitment to the finished product. Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom countertops from natural and engineered stone
• Complete high-end mitered lamination accurately and consistently
• Cut, shape, grind, polish, and finish stone components
• Fabricate finished edges, sink cutouts, cooktop openings, and other custom details
• Read and follow shop drawings, measurements, and fabrication specifications
• Match seams, veins, edges, and finished components with close attention to appearance
• Inspect completed pieces for fit, finish, polish quality, and overall workmanship
• Safely operate fabrication tools, machinery, and material-handling equipment
• Protect finished materials and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate clearly with the fabrication and installation teams Required Experience and Skills
• Proven ability to complete high-end countertop fabrication
• Advanced mitered lamination experience is required
• Experience fabricating quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, porcelain, and sintered surfaces
• Strong polishing, edge-finishing, and detail-fabrication skills
• Ability to produce tight, clean miters and consistent laminated edges
• Ability to identify and correct fabrication or finish-quality issues
• Ability to read measurements and fabrication drawings accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to safely handle heavy stone with the proper team members and equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
