• 4pm•1:30am We are seeking a dependable Sand Blaster to join our industrial manufacturing team on 1st shift.

This position is responsible for preparing metal parts and components by abrasive blasting to remove rust, scale, paint, and other surface contaminants prior to coating, fabrication, or assembly. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces. Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met. Load, unload, and handle materials safely. Maintain blasting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work from work orders and production schedules to meet deadlines. Assist in other shop duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous sandblasting or industrial manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
