Temp RPM Staffing is seeking experienced Powder Coat Painters to join a busy manufacturing team in Rowlett, TX! This position is responsible for preparing metal surfaces, applying powder coatings, operating curing equipment, and inspecting finished products to ensure a high-quality, durable finish. The ideal candidate has previous powder coating experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying pretreatment chemicals.
• Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment.
• Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper coating results.
• Inspect finished products for proper coverage, uniformity, and quality.
• Mix and match powder colors according to production specifications.
• Clean and maintain powder coating equipment and work areas.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE. Qualifications
• Powder coating experience required.
• Experience operating powder coating equipment and working with powder coating processes.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions, blueprints, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Skills & Experience
