Sayre now offers 2 options for 1st shift: 4- 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM OR 5- 8 hour days, Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM.

Finishing Department Supervisor SUMMARY:
Ideal candidate would have the qualifications and skills to perform a variety of different job duties within the department. This job requires a flexibility mindset as individuals will be assigned a variety of duties throughout the workday.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to perform or support: Inspection Embossing Engraving Screen Print Packaging & Shipment Maintains constant and clear communication with Supervisor to ensure proper workflow between assignments. Follow and maintain safe manufacturing practices.
- Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in work area.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team constructively with little supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude.
- May require additional work hours during peak seasons.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Continually required to sit, walk and stand (8-10 hours per day and up to2-4 hours overtime as needed) Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Continually required to talk, hear, and visually see and focus on items during process, including but not limited to color, peripheral and depth perception and adjust focus.
- Ability to differentiate colors.
