Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Metal Finishing Technician to join our 1st shift team in Green Bay, WI. This role involves the preparation and finishing of metal parts to meet quality and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform metal finishing tasks, including grinding, deburring, sanding, and polishing. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to prepare metal surfaces. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in metal finishing or manufacturing is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and adapt to various finishing techniques and equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
