Monday-Friday Hours:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Koss Industrial is looking for a dependable, hands-on Stainless Steel Polisher / Metal Finisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will use grinders, polishers, abrasives, and air-powered tools to grind, finish, and polish stainless steel parts and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing a high-quality finished product. Experience with metal polishing, grinding, fabrication, auto body finishing, stainless steel, or similar hands-on manufacturing work is helpful, but we are also looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined and willing to learn. What You'll Do Grind, polish, and finish stainless steel parts and equipment. Use a variety of abrasives, polishing methods, hand tools, and air-powered tools. Polish components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. Perform polishing and finishing work in confined spaces when required. Inspect finished work to make sure quality and product specifications are met. Perform basic maintenance on air-powered tools and report equipment problems when repairs are needed. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Complete daily production paperwork and accurately record labor and materials. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule. Assist with other production duties as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience with metal grinding, polishing, finishing, fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred. Ability and willingness to learn multiple functions within the polishing department. Comfortable using grinders, polishers, abrasives, hand tools, and air-powered equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy. Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision. Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Physical Requirements This is a physically active manufacturing position.

Candidates must be able to:

Stand for extended periods of time. Bend, twist, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, push, pull, and reach overhead. Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Work in a variety of positions, including overhead and confined-space work.
