Job Description

US Tech Force is seeking a Metal Finisher for a growing Fabrication Shop. This person will be mechanically inclined and have previous polishing experience in a fabrication shop setting.
Metal Shop Helper Responsibilities:
Operates polishing equipment to obtain desired polish on fabricated parts and products Grind, Sand, Clean or polish objects or parts to correct defects Prepare surfaces for further finishing Move controls to adjust, start or stop equipment during grinding and polishing Use of hand tools/hand help power tools Assist in other areas of the fabrication shop if and when needed
Metal Shop Helper Requirements:
MUST be mechanically inclined Previous polishing experience required Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all unites of measure Ability to read, write & speak the English language Ability to read and interpret blueprints & micrometers would be helpful 1st shift!
