WhatYou'llDo Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems to ensure food safety and quality standards are met Accurately document inspection results, measurements, and data in FSQA systems and required logs Identify and isolate non-conforming product and take appropriate corrective actions Communicate findings and escalate food safety or quality concerns to leadership as needed Interpret product specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance Support a strong food safety culture by reinforcing GMPs, safety practices, and plant procedures Work Environment Fast-paced, high-volume food production environment with routine exposure to cold conditions Majority of time spent on the production floor performing inspections and monitoring processes Requires use of PPE and adherence to strict food safety and safety protocols Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and attention to detail How Military Experience Fits Your military experience may be considered in lieu of some civilian food safety or quality experience requirements outlined below.
