1st shift (4am - 12:30pm) onsite in

$27 - $33/hr +

The OpportunityWe aren't looking for someone to sit behind a computer all day. We need a hands-on Quality Assurance Technician II who wants to be out on the floor ensuring our food safety standards are met. This is a senior role for someone who knows their stuff, works with independence, and wants to move into a Supervisor role in a short period of time. Floor:
You'll be the main point of contact for food safety on the production lines, making sure everything runs to our high standards
Keep Things Safe:
You'll be responsible for checking cooking temperatures, cooling rates, and other critical safety points to ensure our meals are perfect every time
Solve Problems Fast:
When an issue pops up, you're the one who investigates it, finds the cause, and helps get us back on trackCoach the
Team:
You'll spend your day working directly with the crews, coaching them on the right way to do things and making sure everyone is on the same page
Get Results:
From running tests like pH and water activity to doing pre-op inspections, you'll be the eyes and ears that keep our production quality top-notchWhat You Need for
This JobExperience:
You've got 4+ years of experience in food safety or QA, and you know your way around a food plant
Regulatory Know-How:
You've got a deep understanding of HACCP and food safety rules (USDA/FDA) and know how to apply them in a busy environment
Communication:
Bonus points if you are bilingual! (Spanish/English)A "Hands-On"

You like being where the action is-on the floor, making decisions, and keeping the bar high
