This is a hands-on position supporting food safety, quality, and compliance in a food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform QA inspections, sampling, and product testing. Monitor GMPs, food safety, and quality requirements. Maintain QA records, SOPs, and other documentation. Assist with product specifications, holds, and releases. Support internal and external audits. Report and help resolve food safety and quality issues. Assist with employee training and maintain training records. Work closely with QA and Production teams. Requirements 2+ years of food manufacturing experience. HACCP trained. PCQI

• Human & Pet Food certified.

Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and quality systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Schedule:

1:00 PM-9:30 PM, Monday-Friday Occasional weekends as needed.
