Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Plant Care Specialist to join our team! You'll travel to client locations each day—both residential and commercial—to care for live plants and ensure they stay healthy, vibrant, and beautifully displayed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has great people skills, and appreciates a mix of indoor and outdoor work. What You'll Do Water, prune, rotate, fertilize, and groom plants Use soil probes to accurately measure moisture Remove debris, dust, and pests from plants and planters Identify and report plant health issues or customer needs Represent the company professionally at all times What You'll Need Strong communication and problem-solving skills Plant care experience preferred (but not required!) Comfortable interacting with both residential & commercial clients Ability to safely climb and work on ladders Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp tools Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record, age 25+ Positive attitude and clean, professional appearance Benefits & Perks Work-Life Balance 4/10 schedule (40 hours/week) Paid vacation & sick days Company-paid holidays Important Information You'll often work independently at customer sites May handle regulated chemicals Safe driving is required; you will operate a company vehicle Bring life to spaces.
