About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Plant Care Specialist to join our team! You'll travel to client locations each day—both residential and commercial—to care for live plants and ensure they stay healthy, vibrant, and beautifully displayed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has great people skills, and appreciates a mix of indoor and outdoor work. What You'll Do Water, prune, rotate, fertilize, and groom plants Use soil probes to accurately measure moisture Remove debris, dust, and pests from plants and planters Identify and report plant health issues or customer needs Represent the company professionally at all times What You'll Need Strong communication and problem-solving skills Plant care experience preferred (but not required!)
