Job Description

GPAC has partnered with a well-known and reputable Nationwide Chemical, Fertilizer, and Seed Company who is looking to add a Florida-based Experienced Retail Sales Agronomist to their team. They offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, great commissions/bonuses, health insurance, a company vehicle (can be used for personal use), 401K, PTO and more.
Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:
Make fertilizer, chemical and seed recommendations to growers and farmers Maintain current business and facilitate new positive long-term relationships with customers to create and promote repeat business Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful transactions Forecast supply requirements by month and annual basis Perform a variety of agronomic duties independently Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology.
Sales Agronomist Qualifications:
5+ years of agronomy sales related experience Must be driven, self-motivated, and have a proven track record of job stability Well established relationships with growers in the region or a book of business A degree in Agriculture Ability to work independently and with a team Have a valid U.S. driver's license Able to provide professional references Must currently reside within 120 miles of Central Florida (out of area candidates will not be considered) Please submit a current resume for consideration.
