This role follows standardized recipes and food safety requirements to ensure high-quality, consistent food products. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and portioning. Follow standardized recipes and batch instructions. Support daily production schedules and timelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of culinary areas. Comply with food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards. Assist with ingredient handling and inventory rotation. Report quality or safety concerns immediately. Support Culinary Lead with additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in food service or production preferred but not required. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and food quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
