We are seeking a motivated and innovative professional to help advance food technology initiatives that improve product quality, support operational efficiency, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of food, technology, and process improvement in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support the development, testing, and implementation of food technology solutions and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation in food preparation, production, quality, and service. Assist with analyzing data, evaluating performance metrics, and recommending practical improvements. Help maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Contribute to documentation, reporting, and training materials related to processes and systems. Participate in troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals. Qualifications Experience or interest in food technology, food science, operations, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs. Preferred Skills Knowledge of food production processes, quality systems, or product development. Experience with data analysis tools, reporting systems, or process documentation. Understanding of food safety practices and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
