We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Interior Plant Care Technician to service and maintain indoor plants at client locations. Responsibilities Water, prune, dust, fertilize, and groom interior plants Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or declining conditions Replace unhealthy plants to maintain top-quality displays Maintain accurate service records for each client location Communicate professionally with clients and team members Lift/move plant containers as needed (typically 10-30 lbs) Qualifications Experience with houseplants or horticulture preferred (we will train the right person) Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to work independently and follow a service route Friendly, professional demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule & Pay Part-time available , Flexible daytime hours Competitive pay based on experience Training provided + opportunities for growth
