Responsibilities Water, prune, dust, fertilize, and groom interior plants Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or declining conditions Replace unhealthy plants to maintain top-quality displays Maintain accurate service records for each client location Communicate professionally with clients and team members Lift/move plant containers as needed (typically 10-30 lbs) Qualifications Experience with houseplants or horticulture preferred (we will train the right person) Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to work independently and follow a service route Friendly, professional demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule & Pay Part-time available , Flexible daytime hours Competitive pay based on experience Training provided + opportunities for growth
