Job Description

Food Processing Line Technician Picture the start of your shift: you arrive on the production floor, check your station, and ready the equipment. You'll lift materials into position, bring machinery online, and keep a steady rhythm while monitoring gauges and screens. Throughout the day, you'll follow SOPs, record production counts, and partner with teammates to keep everything running smoothly and safely. What You'll Tackle Manually load and unload product into and out of production equipment Operate, oversee, and troubleshoot assigned food manufacturing machinery Adhere to SOPs, safety policies, and quality standards Complete routine equipment checks to confirm proper operation Document production activity, logs, and inventory accurately Communicate issues quickly and collaborate with your team Keep your area clean, organized, and hazard-free Schedule & Pay Starting pay: $20.00 per hour Shift differentials: +$1.00 (2nd shift) and +$2.00 (3rd shift)
Shifts:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd available AM / PM schedules available Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) What You Bring High school diploma or GED Comfort repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting Willingness to work weekends as scheduled Preferred Prior experience in manufacturing or production Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement practices Work Setting Active manufacturing floor with machinery and ambient noise Occasional exposure to production material components High-throughput, fast-paced environment Why Join Weekly pay Full-time hours Long-term opportunities Clear path for advancement and pay growth Supportive, team-oriented culture Apply In Person Walk in and apply in person with 2 forms of Identification!
