The Sales Agronomist I I will be responsible for managing existing and attracting new customers within the sales territory, assisting customers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs, and maintaining and developing profitable customer relationships. M anag e existing and attract new customers within the sales territory . Assist customers in selecting and using products based on agronomic needs . Maintain and develop profitable customer relationships . Identify new key customers, understand their businesses, determine their needs, and support the team in achieving sales goals and growth . Assist with territory budgeting, forecasting , and analysis . F ollow credit policies and manag e risks for the company . Coordinate an annual business plan that opt imizes gr owth and profitability for the territory and gains the manager's approval . Implement marketing and sales plans; meet sales goals; and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities . Compensation and Benefits:

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $52,400 - $69,880. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience . This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
