Quality Technician Location:
Seward, Nebraska What You'll Be Doing:
Complete pre-operational inspections daily to ensure production areas are cleaned, sanitized and are ready for production to start Collect environmental and product samples and complete applicable testing Conduct verification and monitoring checks and cGMP audits throughout production to ensure FSQ requirements are adhered to, document results in applicable system Assist with completion of various continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions investigations Preferred Qualifications (

We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.): High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 6 months in a related position, preferably in the food industry Experience working with HACCP, SQF, or FSMA is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google programs Understanding of food safety and quality systems and manufacturing processes and technologies
