Job Description
Food Lab Technician Overview:
Join our dynamic Food Flavor Development and Manufacturing team as an entry-level Food Lab Technician. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge and internship experience in a professional laboratory setting.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, testing, and evaluation of food flavor samples. Conduct routine laboratory analyses to support product development and quality assurance. Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and processes. Collaborate with senior scientists and technicians on flavor formulation projects. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Support manufacturing teams with technical insights and lab-based solutions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field. 6 months of laboratory experience preferred (academic or internship experience accepted). Strong understanding of food chemistry, flavor development, and sensory evaluation. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Work Environment:
Laboratory-based role with occasional collaboration in manufacturing facilities. Hands-on involvement in flavor development projects. Exposure to innovative food science techniques and industry-standard practices.Benefits:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of East Hanover, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
