Food Lab Technician Location:

Moorestown, NJ Pay Rate:

$24-$27/hour Looking for an opportunity in a hands-on R D environment? We're urgently hiring an R D Lab Associate to support new product development, product improvements, customer samples, and production trials. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have previous lab experience or relevant college coursework, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and compound product prototypes, including new technology, cost reduction, product improvement, and product matching projects Taste, evaluate, and critique new developments and finished goods in coordination with Quality Control Compound samples for customer requests and provide product recommendations from the existing product catalog Assist Operations and Production with plant trials on production equipment Record formulas, formulation changes, process data, and product characteristics throughout the R D process Perform basic laboratory testing, including pH measurements, and assist with customer complaint investigations Coordinate with multiple departments on new ingredient setup, approval, and compliance while maintaining a clean and organized lab

Shift/Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Job Requirements:

Previous experience in an R D lab environment or similar college coursework Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance Ability to travel as needed for customer demonstrations and trade shows Basic math skills

Education:
