This role supports the maintenance, repair, installation, and removal of beverage and food service equipment, including slush machines, coffee brewers, popcorn machines, and related customer-site equipment. This is a strong opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce customer downtime. Communicate professionally with customers while resolving equipment issues and answering service-related questions. Document service work accurately, including parts used, time on-site, and completed repairs. Follow company safety procedures and work collaboratively with team members to support efficient service operations.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:
