This role supports the maintenance, repair, installation, and removal of beverage and food service equipment, including slush machines, coffee brewers, popcorn machines, and related customer-site equipment. This is a strong opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers stable full-time employment, competitive hourly pay, hands-on training with specialized equipment, and the chance to work with a supportive team and established customer base. Candidates who take pride in reliable service, professional communication, and practical problem-solving will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce customer downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues on beverage and food service equipment. Install, relocate, and remove equipment at customer locations based on service needs. Communicate professionally with customers while resolving equipment issues and answering service-related questions. Document service work accurately, including parts used, time on-site, and completed repairs. Follow company safety procedures and work collaboratively with team members to support efficient service operations.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$24.00 to $27.00 per hour.
