1688470 Agricultural & Outdoor Power Equipment Technician Prosperity, PA | $30/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Are you an experienced mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working with your hands, and seeing the results of a job done right? United Talent Staffing is hiring an Agricultural & Outdoor Power Equipment Technician for a reputable, established company in Prosperity, PA specializing in agricultural, turf, and outdoor power equipment. You'll work on a wide variety of equipment, from zero-turn mowers and small engines to tractors, utility vehicles, and side-by-sides. If you have strong mechanical skills, enjoy diagnosing challenging issues, and take pride in getting equipment back into safe, dependable working condition , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, and repair tractors, zero-turn mowers, utility vehicles, side-by-sides, small engines, and related equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and engine-related issues Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe and reliable Use service manuals, schematics, work orders, and diagnostic information to identify and complete repairs Accurately document repairs and maintain service records Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members Work independently while supporting the overall service team Pay & Schedule $30/hour Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Consistent daytime hours—no rotating shifts What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience in equipment repair, small-engine repair, diesel mechanics, automotive repair, agricultural equipment, or a related field Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, or agricultural equipment preferred Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs with attention to quality and detail Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods Basic hand tools required; specialty tools may be provided as needed Why You'll Want This Job Competitive $30/hour pay Weekly pay Monday-Friday daytime schedule Work on a variety of equipment not the same repair every day Put your mechanical and diagnostic skills to work in a hands-on environment Opportunity to work with an established and reputable company Support from the United Talent Staffing team throughout the hiring process Ready to Put Your Mechanical Skills to Work?
