Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Master Technician specializing in foodservice equipment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial foodservice appliances and systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients' equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably, supporting their culinary operations with top-tier service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC knowledge while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on commercial foodservice equipment, including ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs to resolve complex system failures efficiently. Utilize your refrigeration and HVAC expertise to service cooling units, condensers, and related systems. Assemble new equipment and install components according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Travel to customer sites using a box truck or similar vehicle to perform on-site repairs and maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating repair processes, offering preventative maintenance advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair within the foodservice industry. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Familiarity with reading schematics and technical manuals for complex equipment systems. Experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and electrical wiring is highly desirable. Previous delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles is a plus for transporting equipment parts. Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple service calls efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities. Pay:
$25.00 - $45.83 per hour
