We're looking for a team member with a background in agriculture and hands-on experience with show animals. Candidates with knowledge of livestock care, feeding programs, and involvement in FFA or 4-H are strongly preferred. In this role, you'll also assist customers, complete sales transactions, and help maintain a smooth day-to-day operation in the store. We're looking for someone who is comfortable using computers, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working with people. Job Duties & Responsibilities Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and shelving; suggesting items. Advises customers by providing information on products. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards per Company policies and procedures. Assists in keeping store clean and presentable. Orders and Receives products using Company policies and procedures. Helps keep store shelving cleaned, stocked and properly labeled. Completes required training and education.
