Description United Ag & Turf is a John Deere Dealership with multiple locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. United Ag & Turf serves customers in a variety of industries such as commercial, construction, agricultural, as well as, consumers. United Ag & Turf strives for exceptional customer experience throughout all our locations and departments including parts, sales, service, and transportation. Purpose This entry level Warehouse position is responsible to properly order, receive, store and account for parts or merchandise. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties, as well as, pulling and ordering parts for the service department. Essential Functions The following are essential functions of this position: Timely processing of sending and receiving of parts shipments (i.e. Customer & Stock Orders, Machine Down & Surplus Returns) Posts freight to work orders or counter tickets as needed for parts orders & transfers Perform cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory; report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to the Parts Sales Lead Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly Making certain that the technician or customer receives the proper part on time as promised; call customers for parts pick-up and delivers parts if necessary Assists Supervisor with merchandising displays by re-stocking showroom inventory Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment in good working order Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service Ensure that company's reputation and image in the community is consistent with company Core Values Benefits include: Competitive Salary Plus Bonus 401K Match Health Benefits Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off

• Requirements Required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent experience Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport Demonstrated basic understanding of machinery Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications Forklift Operation Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs Preferred Education and Experience One year prior parts sales experience. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
