Weekly Pay Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Opportunities for overtime (as available) and long-term placement potential Why You'll Love This Job 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu) with consistent full-time hours Hands-on quality role in a clean, process-driven manufacturing setting Build experience with GMPs, inspections, documentation, and product testing Temp-to-hire path with a company focused on quality and safety Duties & Responsibilities Collect in-process and finished-product samples and perform routine quality checks/testing Inspect raw materials and finished goods for quality concerns and specification accuracy Accurately document test results, observations, and production data (paper/electronic logs) Monitor production processes and report deviations, defects, or safety/quality concerns promptly Support compliance with GMPs, food safety procedures, and company policies Communicate findings with production teams to help maintain product consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety requirements Qualifications & Requirements Required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and specifications - No experience required Comfortable performing repetitive inspections and documenting results accurately Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow GMP/safety rules Reliable attendance and ability to work the selected shift consistently Preferred Prior Quality Control / QA experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical, or powder processing Familiarity with GMPs, basic testing methods, and production documentation Experience using scales, measuring tools, or basic lab equipment About our Client's Company This organization is a well-established manufacturer focused on producing high-quality powdered products with a strong commitment to safety and consistency.
