Job Description

Position Overview:
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for supporting the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team by ensuring products consistently meet company, customer, regulatory, and food safety standards. This role involves conducting quality inspections, monitoring production processes, collecting samples, supporting audits, and assisting with corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in a restaurant, food manufacturing, sanitation, or related food production environment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Experience supporting food industry audits is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food quality control or food safety. Familiarity with HACCP principles and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in quality inspections within a food manufacturing environment. Understanding of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
