Seed Sales Rep Primary Function:
Learn company Seed product line and develop customer relationships.
Seed Sales Rep Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and develop strong customer relationships Make recommendations to customers based on production goals Conduct customer presentations Understanding of regional seed markets Attend industry events
Seed Sales Rep Minimum Qualifications:
4-year degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science or related fields 2-4 years of agricultural industry sales experience Knowledge of turf, forage, and native seeds is beneficial Excellent ability to work autonomously Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication skills Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and Profit Share.
