Schedules:

6AM-6PM | 4 days on / 4 days off 6PM-6AM | 4 days on / 4 days off

Pay:

$22-$26 per hour (based on experience) Night premium: +$3.00/hour

Extra PTO:

40 hours annually for night shift team members

Location:

Cambria, WI What you'll do Run routine, physical quality tests and production checks—no advanced chemistry needed. Enter, review, and interpret data in computer systems to inform decisions. Follow SOPs and GMPs to maintain a spotless, food-safe workspace. Prioritize tasks to support changing production needs. Work closely with teammates who value precision and safety. What you'll need Solid attendance and reliability. Keen eye for detail; quality mindset. Comfort in regulated or food-safe settings. Basic computer literacy; willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency. Collaborative attitude and growth ambition.
