Elevate Staging Co. is looking for two dependable people to join our staging crew and help with the furniture and logistics side of our projects. We're not a traditional moving company. Our team works in different homes throughout the Valley, installing and removing furniture for real estate staging projects. Every day and every house is a little different! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, staying busy, working with a small team, and being on the move rather than sitting in one place all day.

Please note:

This is an independent contractor (1099) position and is NOT an employee/W-2 position. A Typical Day You'll meet the team, load our company truck with the furniture and décor selected for that project, travel to the property, and help bring everything inside and place it according to our stager's direction. On de-staging days, you'll do the opposite—carefully pack and load everything and bring it back to our warehouse.

You may also help us:

Load and unload our box truck Carry sofas, dining tables, beds, dressers, chairs and other furniture Protect and wrap furniture for transportation Use dollies, straps, moving blankets and other equipment Assemble new furniture and inventory Hang artwork Keep the warehouse and truck organized Drive our box truck when needed What Matters Most to Us Reliability is huge. Our staging projects are scheduled around listing dates, photographers, homeowners and Realtors, so we need people who show up on time and are ready to work.

You should also be:

Physically strong and comfortable repeatedly lifting 75+ lbs Comfortable with several hours of physical work Careful with furniture and clients' homes Comfortable working in Arizona weather when loading and unloading Able to take direction and work well with a small team Positive and easy to work with Comfortable driving a box truck Able to work efficiently without sacrificing care Previous moving, furniture delivery, warehouse, construction or similar experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person. Schedule & Pay $23-$26/hour depending on experience Approximately 20-30 hours per week , depending on our staging schedule. The schedule can vary from week to week, so some flexibility is important. This is a physical furniture-moving position, not a decorating or interior design role. We're a growing company and are looking for people who want to become a dependable part of our crew as we continue to grow.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
