We are a boutique home staging company serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in modern, elegant, and neutral interiors that elevate properties and help them sell faster. We're looking for a reliable, creative, and highly motivated individual to join our growing team.
Job Description:
We're looking for a Home Stager who can bring design concepts to life and confidently help with staging projects from start to finish. You'll be involved in everything from selecting pieces and styling homes to supporting lead team members and handling the physical setup. This role starts as part-time but can grow into full-time based on performance and company needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist With Projects:
Assist staging jobs from start to finish, helping the team through each step.
Design Homes:
Create cohesive, stylish staging plans that highlight each home's best features and appeal to the target buyer.
On-Site Support:
Following staging plans or direction from lead stager/designer, making sure everything is executed smoothly and efficiently.
Handle Inventory:
Choose and coordinate furniture, art, and decor from our inventory (or outside sources when needed).
Quality Check:
Make sure every staging project meets our high standards of design and presentation.
Problem Solve:
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and adapt quickly when plans change.
Manage Logistics:
Help organize delivery, installation, and setup for staging projects.
De-Stage Homes:
Oversee or assist with de-staging, making sure items are packed and returned properly.
Stay Inspired:
Work closely with our Creative Director and design team to stay in the loop on current trends and client needs. Care for
Inventory:
Help maintain the quality and organization of staging items so everything looks its best.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Strong eye for home decor and interior design Ability to lift and move furniture and boxes (up to ~50 lbs) Quick problem-solver with excellent time management Comfortable working under pressure and on tight deadlines Great attitude, team player, and strong work ethic Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule and availability for projects on short notice Minimum 2 years of experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus): Additional experience in home staging, interior design, or real estate Basic knowledge of tools or light furniture assembly Social media or content creation skills
Compensation:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience. Opportunities for growth as we expand.
