We Offer:

Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses Quarterly bonus program depending performance Pay raise following paid training completion Direct two to four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available certain times of the year) Paid holidays and accruable vacation Regualr team meetings Requirements Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Duties:

Display world-class customer service for residents and property management staff Track work progress and notes in our software tool Communicate with the support team Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit Problem-solve repairs with creativity About Surface Experts Surface Experts is a surface repair service provider.
