Summary of Position:

Are you self-motivated and can see the big picture? The primary responsibility of a Lead Installer is to install graphics and business signs that meet our client's needs. We are a fast-paced high-volume sign manufacturer serving many well-known businesses in the local area and provide dynamic products on very-fast deadlines. Our work changes all the time, and no two days are ever the same. We offer a pleasant, air-conditioned workplace with friendly, dedicated staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Install signs and graphics off-premises as needed. Assemble vinyl graphics, banners, and other business related signs. Trim, prep, laminate, and mount graphics with accuracy. Read and follow detailed work-orders and verbal directions. Work at a rapid pace, but with accuracy. Focus on tasks to achieve required production deadlines. Interact with clients in a courteous, professional manner as a representative of our brand. Other duties as required. Qualifications and Skills Positive attitude and pride in your work. Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team. Attention to detail, quality control, and timeliness are a must. Ability to take accurate measurements and calculate with fractions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Off-site sign installations may involve heavy lifting, digging, climbing ladders, and exposure to the elements. Ability to work overtime as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Sign industry experience is required. Vehicle wrap experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Clean, valid driver's license. Must speak, read, and write fluent English. High School diploma or equivalent. Background screening, reference check and pre-employment drug testing are required.

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
