This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on automotive experience — no prior mechanic experience is required, but candidates should be interested in learning the trade. Job duties include but are not limited to : § Helping the mechanics with any duties needed to complete vehicle repairs § Performing minor repairs under the supervision of a mechanic § Moving cars in and out of the warehouse or driving them to a local shop § Picking up parts from a local auto parts store or shop § Maintaining organization of the shop area § Assisting with basic maintenance tasks (oil changes, tire checks, fluid top-offs) as directed § Keeping tools and equipment clean, organized, and accounted for § Following all shop safety procedures and protocols

Required Qualifications :

§ Strong organizational and time management skills § Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Additional :

§ Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record § Minimum 1 year of work or school experience in automotive preferred § Bilingual is preferred but not required (English/Spanish)
