DM Interiors & Design is a full-service interior design center and retail space in Marietta. Our 12,000 sq.ft. retail space is home to multiple lines of furniture, accessories, wallpaper, fabric, rugs, and more. Our workrooms provide upholstery services and create amazing custom window treatments. Our in-store and in-home designers create beautiful homes one design at a time. We are currently looking for an experienced

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

to join our team! Job Description Greet and interact with customers Determine their home décor and furnishing style and guide them to the products they need to create their vision Build lasting relationships with customers Become familiar with all products and services offered Prepare custom orders and clearly communicate details in writing What we are looking for Passionate about design and have a creative eye for beauty Engaging personality Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Minimum 3 years home furnishing retail and/or design experience Familiarity with current home décor styles and trends Basic computer skills Desire to learn and become an expert resource to customers Able to collaborate with other employees as part of a team Highest moral and ethical values Attention to detail What we offer Flexible team-work environment Opportunity to develop and grow design skills Unlimited commission structure for unlimited earnings Excellent products to sell including special order and in stock access to multiple furniture, fabric, wallpaper, and accessory lines as well as upholstery and window treatment workroom services Career advancement Well established client base with an eye for greater growth Job Details Part Time - Tuesday thru

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour PLUS commission Must work Saturdays Experience Required Interior Design or Retail sales in the Home Décor industry: 3 years (Required) Furniture sales: 2 years (Preferred)
