Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician/ Bathtub re-finisher to join our growing team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of bathtub and countertop surfaces as well as refinishing bathtub and tile. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface repairs and and prep work for refinishing tile and bathtub surfaces.
• Conduct painting and refinishing to match colors
• Estimate repair costs for customers and provide accurate quotes
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work truck.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fiberglass, surface repair, and refinishing
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• We work in the RDU and surrounding areas.
