What You'll Do Workplace Planning & Interior Design Create and update commercial office furniture layouts using AutoCAD Develop space-planning solutions that maximize functionality and efficiency Work with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand workspace needs Recommend furniture, layout, and workplace improvements Assist with office relocations, reconfigurations, and workplace projects Develop furniture plans and specifications for commercial environments AutoCAD & Field Verification Create, modify, and maintain accurate AutoCAD drawings Conduct field measurements and verify existing workspace conditions Compare floor plans and drawings against actual field conditions Update drawings to accurately reflect changes in the workplace Document existing conditions, furniture locations, and workspace configurations Commercial Furniture & Asset Management Plan and coordinate commercial office furniture layouts Maintain accurate furniture inventories and asset records Conduct furniture inventory audits Track furniture moves, additions, removals, and workspace changes Assist with furniture installation and reconfiguration projects Support furniture-related reporting and project initiatives Facility Data & Documentation Maintain accurate facility and asset information within Archibus Organize and maintain project documentation through SharePoint Keep floor plans, workspace records, and facility information current Ensure facility and asset data accurately reflects actual conditions Assist with reporting, data management, and ongoing facility planning initiatives What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative, analytical, organized, and highly detail-oriented -someone who can move comfortably between a design project, an AutoCAD drawing, a field verification, and a facility database.
