Overview We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing various Pieces of Furniture. As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products repaired meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position requires you own your vehicle that is fuel-efficient and be willing to drive all across the state to perform the service calls. Mileage is paid. You will need to Have your own tools. This is a 1099 subcontractor postion. Duties Diagnose and repair malfunctioning Furniture using appropriate tools and techniques. . Document repair processes, including parts used and time taken for repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and product quality. Provide guidance to customers regarding Furniture usage and maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with various types of equipment and repair techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
