$18.00 - $19.00 Position Summary ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Make Ready Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare vacant units for occupancy. Repair drywall and texture. Perform painting and touch-up work. Replace fixtures and hardware. Inspect appliances. Complete punch lists. Meet turn deadlines. Perform final inspections. Maintain quality standards. Coordinate with onsite staff. Qualifications Relevant apartment industry experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license where applicable. Preferred Qualifications Apartment industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
